"I made this recipe yesterday, and just as I expected - it tasted wonderful! My only problem - and I am sure it wasn't the recipe - it must have been something I didn't do correctly - my bread pudding was not custard like - but instead was a little too runny. I thought at first maybe some of the water from the water bath may have spilled over into my baking dish - I'm not sure what happened. Did anyone else have this problem? I want to make it again - soon, but wuld like some suggestions as to what I might do to correct this.
