This is a great for traditional deviled eggs. Once you master this then you can go on to change it up a bit...adding bacon, or dill, or garlic...or all three :-

On another note; How can one say "I am an idiot. I read the reviews and took Tigerfan70's advice to add 1/2 teaspoon salt. It ruined the taste of the filling. Too salty...
