The reason this comes out bitter is because he did not remove the lemon slices after 30 seconds as they MUST come out of the pan after lending their fragrance. The pith of the rind is to blame for the bitterness. You can't cook a lemon pith Tyler! Best bet is to not saute the lemon slices at all, the juice will give the necessary flavor. Taste th"
