Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew

"Brilliant recipe! Thanks for combining flavors that work well together. You're smart to explore the best of both flavor worlds. The UNSWEETENED coconut melded the nutty lentil and natural sweet butternut together nicely. I'm adding more squash next time to balance the yummy nut/sweet of the stew. Honey was no problem (I'm guessing people added sweetened coconut which would add sugar to the natural sugar flavors). I'll also add lime by taste (perhaps less) if there are only gigantic limes available at the store. No need for sweet carmelized onions. Perhaps the coconut fills in for it. Keep up the clever flavor combinations.
