"Perfect delicious approach, though I never understand why flour tortillas are preferred, they dont add much in flavor except simple char, and the risk of sogginess is too great. Try making the taco using corn tortillas lightly toasted over blue flame. Marinade is unnecessary if the fish is fresh."
