HELP ME OUT HERE FELLOW COOKS! I am planning to make this for tomorrow night's dinner but am concerned about the temperature setting for the crock pot. Eight hours on high doesn't seem correct. Very good. Top was crunchy and bottom was like a custard. Used pecan chips and would cut back some next time. No syrup needed. This was very sweet. Great recipe for a brunch where you just take a scoop. My family liked it but thought this was for special occasions, not for a typical Sunday breakfast. ""
