This waffle totally lives up to its name. It is insanely great. I am so hooked on them. Ive made them like 8 times now in two weeks. Not sure what i did. But I did it exactly like she did in the video. This method didn't work for me. After 20 minutes of steaming it, the potatoes were not nearly done. So I added half a cup of water and steamed them for another 20 minutes and then they came out perfect.

I love this seasoning. I do not like vegetables so much, but when I put this seasoning on vegetables - I love them. It makes bland things taste so yummy.
