"Delicious, extremely simple to whip up and beautiful to serve! Used 3 lbs 90% lean, organic beef, and added 2 slices of bread soaked in milk and squeezed "dry". Added a bit more tomato paste and used ground thyme instead of fresh--about 1/2 tsp. Made 7 loaves and 1 mini loaf. Baked for approx 55 minutes to perfection. Moist and loved by entire gr""
