This was okay, but a bit too tangy for me. If I make it again, I will cut the vinegar in half or maybe add some sugar. also, there was way too much dressing for the salad, and I even added extra lettuce and tomatoes."

This was very good! It took A LOT of prep work though, definitely longer than stated. My dad is sick and cant eat spicy foods, so I left out the cayenne pepper and chilis, although it probably would have tasted better with them. This was a hearty, healthy meal and a good way to get tons of veggies. I used two zuchinis instead of one, and added one"
