Reviewed Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Bruschetta

"We had an "Italian Night" with friends. There were 10 of us. It was a hit. I was a little nervous because I have never made this before, and everyone was raving about it before I even served it. It was all gone within minutes. I would like to say be careful with the optional salt. A little bit goes a long ways. Also, definately follow the reciepe just like it is down to the thickness of the cheese and bread.
