My Activity

Reviewed Lemon Tart

"I am in the midst of making this recipe and noticed that the pastry recipe is missing most of the instructions. The entire pastry recipe can be found at Global Gourmet on the net

Otherwise, it seems very simple and so far the curd tastes lovely. I plan on using blackberries and raspberries for garniture and then brushing with the jam.""

Reviewed 3 Minute Chocolate "Cup" Cake

"Easy recipe and perfect for my chocoholic son! Used bittersweet chocolate morsels and omitted the orange peel since that was what I had on hand. Kept it in a container for a few days so he could scoop out a cup when he needed a fix. Microwaved it for about 45-50 seconds for a molten texture and topped with a bit of whipped cream.""

Reviewed Pasta Anto-Te

"I watched David cook this on his show as well and it looked interesting and unusual. It was really tasty and added a new twist to the usual pasta dish. It's a keeper for sure!""

Reviewed Baby Spinach Salad with Roasted Red Onions, Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Crumbled Goat Cheese and Citrus Dressing

"I had doubled this recipe for a party and ended up with loads of the dressing. It was so delicious that everyone raved about it and the other salads were left alone. The extra dressing has lasted me all month as my family kept wanting more! My picky 12 year old loves it so much that I am making more dressing for more salad right now.
