So good - served over sauteed rounds of polenta. Absolutely delicious just as written!"

This recipe is fantastic!! My family absolutely loved it. My foodie daughter-in-law said this is possibly the best thing I have ever made, which is high praise indeed! Only a couple of changes - used gluten free elbows, gluten free flour and gluten free panko for the topping. The GF substitutions worked perfectly. I also used only about half the salt...

You are correct! Rate the recipe, not the website. If you don't like the new format then send an e-mail to FoodNetwork. It makes no sense to give 1 star ratings for a recipe you either like or have not tried.

These meatballs are delicious! I don't understand why people are commenting about the new website under this recipe. Comment on the recipe and rate it accordingly. I agree with the many comments about how bad the new format is, but why would you give a recipe you like a low star rating because of it? That absolutely makes no sense!

Reviewed Chicken Meuniere with Tomato and Parsley Sauce

Oct 30, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Such a good recipe. I used only about half the amount of oil and butter called for, which was more than adequate to brown the chicken to perfection. I added some cooked spaghetti in with the reduced, thickened sauce, then plated it up individually and placed a breast on top of each plate. Delicious!!

Oct 29, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

This pie is very good. I did make a few changes after reading previous reviews. I increased the baking mix to 3/4 cups so it would have a little more texture. I successfully used gluten free baking mix. I decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup, added the zest of 1/2 lemon and added 3/4 cup sweetened coconut. It was perfect after 30 minutes of baking. I topped...

Outstanding! I have made many different beef stew recipes and this is the best ever! I used King Arthur gluten-free flour and it worked well. It did take about 2 1/2 hours for the stew to thicken to the consistency I wanted - I'm not sure if that was because of the gf flour or not. I substituted sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes, added a "

Reviewed Saffron Lobster Salad on Grilled Fingerlings

May 24, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This salad is so good! I halved the fingerlings and roasted them in the oven with some olive oil, salt and pepper. The crispy potatoes were the perfect compliment to the creamy salad. I would use the red onion sparingly - I used a little too much and it overpowered the lobster. I would also use a little more lobster, which I pan grilled with butte"

Yummy! I made a couple of substitions to lighten up the recipe. I used a 20oz package of ground turkey and an 8oz package of Weight Watcher's Mexican style shredded cheese. I also used a 10oz can of Rotel tomatoes and about 1/2 a package of taco seasoning instead of the cumin and chili powder. I left out the corn - not a fan - and used regular flo"

Delicious! This recipe is fabulous. I used leftover turkey instead of chicken. I also didn't read the recipe close enough at the beginning, so I sauteed the turkey with the vegetables. I ended up taking it all out of the pan and making the sauce by itself. After the sauce thickened I added back in the vegetable and turkey mixture. I was lazy and ...

This is an excellent salad. It is really good as is, but I added a couple of dollops of low-fat sour cream which made it absolutely divine. I have to think that those reviewers who complained about the saltiness didn't bother to read the directions correctly - it clearly states to rinse the cucumbers after salting. Don't blame Ellie if you can't ...

Amazing sandwiches! The pork was the best I have ever tasted. I used pork tenderloins which I braised in a Dutch oven for about an hour. They were overcooked - my fault - but still moist. I strained the cooking juices and then boiled for about 10 minutes until reduced to almost a gravy consistency, which I spooned over the pork slices on the sandw"

This is the best seafood soup I have ever eaten. Easily one of the best things I have ever made. I used vegetable broth to simmer the shells in, added lump crab meat and lightly grilled mahi mahi at the end and it was fabulous. My parents, who I made this for, absolutely raved about it. Ina is AMAZING!
