Reviewed Roast Prime Rib with Thyme Au Jus

"Used this with a 10 lb roast for a large dinner party. The preparation was so low maintenance it allowed me to spend time with my guests and the meal was very well received.
One tip, if you're freezing leftovers you may want to remove the thyme from the roast before storing. Otherwise, the flavor is a bit overpowering. ""
