Reviewed Buttered Turnip Puree
"Soooo delicious. My turnips turned out very creamy as I over-blended them. Wish I had left in a few lumps..... Also, I substituted 2 cups of chicken stock for the liquid as I ran out of milk, and also only used a few tablespoons of butter. They were still very rich and delicious! So, the lighter version is still super satisfying. Yum!
