"Is everyone really following this recipe? It totally ruined my Thanksgiving potatoes---2 TABLESPOONS of salt? I should have trusted my judgment that this was way too much. I love salt but this was completely inedible. A giant mound of creamy salt....YUCK.
PS I did use kosher salt, not table salt.""
