Wow! I made this recipe and it is awesome! It is delicious hot or cold, and the consistency is just right! I made my rice in a rice cooker before and just cooked it on the stove top with the milk mixture for 30 minutes. I also added a splash of vanilla extract, and an orange peel. I didn't add the raisins. So good!!"

Really good! I love authentic Mexican food, and I don't really know how to cook so I've been trying some of Marcela's Recipes lately. These potatoes are amazing!! I boiled the potatoes for about 20 minutes prior, and added some shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken. Seeing as how all my ingredients were already cooked, I covered in foil and heated...
