"Excellent dish and I will be making it again. However, I do agree with the amount of lemon in it is a bit much. I did use fresh lemons and will most likely only use half the amount in the dressing next time. Personally, I love lots of lemon whenever I can add it to a dish, however this was a bit too much, even for me!""

"This is fantastic. Very easy to make, not a lot of prep and it tastes phenomenal. Used white onions instead of shallots. I don't really care for frozen spinach (my boyfriend loved it, especially with the sauce on top), next time I will probably lay down a bed of fresh baby spinach. Also the sauce doesn't thicken, does not detract at all from the texture/taste. I will definitely make this again especially if we have company over!
