This was not good. The thyme and chicken stock gave this an odd taste. I was embarrassed that I served this. No one liked it and left most of it on their plates. It leaves a horrible taste in your mouth.

I followed the recipe but mine didnt turn out moist. I kept close check on it but its a little blah. I did make a mistake by not using unsalted butter. I should have reduced the amount of salt I added. I think 1 tsp would be too much even if I had used the unsalted butter.
