Reviewed Peppermint Bark

"This is such a crowd-pleaser, you wouldn't think it was as easy as melting chocolate. I switched it up a bit- I used one pound of dark chocolate for the first layer and one pound of white chocolate for the second. I added one teaspoon of peppermint extract (which I thought was plenty) to the white chocolate along with the candy crunches. So yummy!
