I love to cook using the highest quality product I can find. Italian food is my favorite--it's so Mediterranean (haha). Recipes have to be basic and balanced nutritionally. I hate glass top stoves but that is what I am stuck with--wish I could have gas. I usually cook for one (me) and always end up buying more than I need and end up having to throw out uncooked food and stuffing leftovers into a small freezer where it changes flavor and is not fit for me to eat. I love EATALY!
