Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken

Chicken was moist, but garlic and lemon weres not detectable. The garlic didn't "roast" it burned, which is a horrible smell. Too much crust on the bottom of the roasting pan to make the gravy, but my kids loved the bacon. I would use this respie again, but alter it. ""

Looks fancey, but easy to make. My 4 year old requests this for dinner- thats how good it was!!! Get out a griddle to make for a large group & buttering the outside of the bread makes it a faster process. I have ordered it in 2 resturaunts since I first made this recipe- they didn't stand a candle to this version!""
