Like white people? Seriously, if you don't have enough common sense to adjust cooking time to make sure the chicken is done, then don't downgrade the recipe and make ignorant comments.

Yes! Try some fresh or dried thyme. It's a bit milder and is great with fresh veggies. I didn't have basil, so I used some fresh thyme from my garden. Yummmm!

Very very yummy! I did add a few things after reading some other reviews. I added some chopped red onion and toasted pecans. My husband shared some with his boss and came home and told me he said it was the best chicken salad he ever had! I do think the tarragon is the secret weapon with this one. I was careful not to go too crazy with it. Just...

Oh boy was this amazing! My big Marine Corps husband inhaled it. I did the bacon first and added the chiles to the bacon grease and after reading some of the reviews I added just a bit of chicken broth to the potato mixture and it was perfect. I am making it again tomorrow night to have with steaks on the grill. I may add serrano peppers since we...

Yummm! I figured out how to cut down the sweetness totally by accident. I had bought ketchup at Costco and I didn't realize it was the "simply ketchup" style, which means no sugar added. So the dark brown sugar made it just right. Absolutely delicious!

So good and makes the house smell great too. The chow chow is the bomb. For those who commented on it being too salty before it's done, the Kosher salt is meant to draw the liquid out of the veggies so they can absorb the flavors of the pickling juices. Hubby loved it and ate it open faced on ciabatta rolls.

The easiest mac and cheese recipe ever. I didn't have harissa so just went without. I have used the cream cheese, beer and half and half as a base to make mac and cheese with all kinds of different cheeses. It's a fun and easy way to play with different cheeses. Very good with cheddar and pepper jack too if you like the heat.

This was a great recipe but I did add a few things for our taste. We like things hot so first I added hot sauce then the hubby said not hot enough. So I added some cayenne. Also a couple more shots of bourbon. I used Knob Creek. I always keep shredded chicken on hand in the freezer so it made a quick meal. I used ciabatta rolls. i think a soft roll...

This was pretty good. Unfortunately my husband, who will usually eat anything, did not like the polenta, I thought it was great. So I took the leftover chili and made a casserole out of it.
