"Mario does it again. This is a classic brown butter and sage sauce, but with the addition of the lemon it's light and perfect for any pasta. I used a homemade pumpkin ravioli and it was divine. Use a good quality butter and cheese, only fresh lemon juice and you won't be disappointed."

Reviewed Spring Chicken Roll-Ups with Lemon Dijon Pan Sauce
"This recipe is excellent. It's quite easy to follow and makes a great dinner. Fabulous presentation, company worthy. No way it only takes 20 minutes...NO WAY!! But I've learned to expect that from RR, just double her cooking times. The lemon and mustard don't overpower each other and accompany the salty proscuitto and crunchy asparagus perfectly. Will make it again and again!!!
