"Mario does it again. This is a classic brown butter and sage sauce, but with the addition of the lemon it's light and perfect for any pasta. I used a homemade pumpkin ravioli and it was divine. Use a good quality butter and cheese, only fresh lemon juice and you won't be disappointed."

"I made this as directed with the exception that I never have whole milk. I used a mixture of half and half and skim. It is runny when you take it out of the oven, but if you plan ahead and give it 15 - 20 minutes to rest it's perfect. It was actually much better the next day too. I will make this over and over.""

Reviewed Spring Chicken Roll-Ups with Lemon Dijon Pan Sauce

"This recipe is excellent. It's quite easy to follow and makes a great dinner. Fabulous presentation, company worthy. No way it only takes 20 minutes...NO WAY!! But I've learned to expect that from RR, just double her cooking times. The lemon and mustard don't overpower each other and accompany the salty proscuitto and crunchy asparagus perfectly. Will make it again and again!!!
