Reviewed Nutmeg Vanilla Sauce

Delicious! I also did not have vanilla bean and used a tsp of vanilla which was fine. The only thing that you need to watch is once the sauce is thick, remove right away. I waited to long, and
it got lumpy. I strained it and got most of the lumps out and poured over my apple bread pudding that I made. It was great!"

Reviewed Honey Cornbread Muffins

I just baked them in a medium size muffin cup pan and they burned at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. I then tried it again at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and they came out perfect. They are very tasty, very moist and really easy to make. The only thing is with the honey in it, you do loose some of the cornbread taste. ""
