Reviewed Pasta Bolognese

This is amazing! Worth the time & effort. My husband & I did not think the sauce was too salty, although I didn't put a fistful of salt into the pasta water, but several tablespoons. I also added 3 Italian sausages, and next time I will drain the beef/veg mixture before adding the tomato paste & wine because the sauce is a tad oily. "
