Reviewed Tiramisu Cake
"Great basic idea, however, the cake flavor needs a bit adjusting, I added a touch of vanilla to try and brighten the flavor a bit.. seems to have worked. Cake is nice and moist. The ganache is, however, too liquid and doesnt spread... I ended up turning it into a chocolate cream by whipping more cream and pouring the ganache into the mix. Love "
