"Totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This week I will make it for the second time. My suggestion is: spread the nut crusting sparingly on each piece of fish and then when you have some on each one spread the rest. It's easy to have too much on one piece and nothing on another piece. (And I find it hard not to eat half of it before I spread it!)"

I am an inventor/foodie that LOVES pickles and bacon. My favorite things to do are riding my skateboard, coming up with evil plans to create the perfect pickle, and, of course, cooking. My favorite word is awesome and my favorite sports are rugby, baseball, and water polo.
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods are pickles, pistachios, mussels, shrimp, scallops, crab, bbq ribs, and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. My least favorite candy is black licorice and my favorite seafood dish is either shrimp scampi or crab cakes. My favorite resraunt is either Benihanas or Eddi Martinis.
