I looove this recipe. It uses almost any flour and this makes me feel good. I would compare it to a dark chocolate chessecake. It is so moist and decadent. Yumm! I replaced the fine sugar for raw cane sugar and added a little less than what the recipe calls for, and it tastes great. Thank you, Melissa, for sharing. ;)""
