Reviewed Oven Fried Chicken

This was great, although I did tweak it a bit. I sprinkled sea salt and black peppercorn and squeezed half a lemon and instead of using the crackers I used 4C salt free seasoning bread crumbs; and instead of the yogurt and dijon mustard I used Knight's Hot Alabama Barbeque Sauce (which my husband LOVES). I know I sort of made my own version, but...
