Reviewed roasted tomato caprese salad

OMG, I was hesitant to make this but went for it tonite. It was so good, that Im not sure i will make Caprese salad any other way again. You must try this. Something about roasting the tomatoes and the fresh mozzarella and basil, just did the trick. Wow. Ina does it again.

The Flavor was good, but these were way way too dry. I baked them for less than the recommended time, and still, way too dry. If they had been moist, would have been a winner. Something is not right with this recipe,.""

This has to be the best tasting soup I have ever had. OMG, I cannot wait to make this again. I ate it four days in a row. Every day looking forward to it. Do yourself a big favor and make this. All I did to alter the recipe is, on every sucessive day, I added a one 14.5 oz can of low sodium chx broth. OMG I can't say enought good stuff about this...
