Just made this for my husband's birthday dessert. I used fresh squeezed orange juice and the zest of half an orange. I used frozen blueberries so added a little more cornstarch since it became quite liquidy when the blueberries started thawing. I let it sit out for a few hours after baking to cool and for the blueberries to set. I don't like "
