Reviewed Chocolate Layer Cake with Cheesecake Filling
"OMG! Awesome. Like nearly everyone else I had to adjust the frosting. I put 3 tbs. Baileys, 3 tbs. milk and 8 0z cream cheese and it was perfect. I followed the directions exactly the cream cheese was great. Paula's recipes are great on this one you need to adjust the frosting or else it is way to thick to spread.

"I have not made this recipe yet, but have made many of INA's other recipes. She never disappoints. I only write this because I agree with inaddiegirl, Penelope watch something else, IDA don't change a thing. I am tired of others telling me what I should eat. I have two daughters that are vegetarian and I respect that and I respect Penelopes' position just leave this alone.
