My family is gone crazy over this dressing! We had it three times last week. That is not counting the leftovers that went on the burgers or used as dip for carrots.

Just made this for supper and it was so good! I left the meat "tied" and the veggies cooked very quickly. Had to take the veggies out of the pan to let the meat finish. Next time I will remove the string and then it will cook faster because the loin will be in two pieces. BTW, never had fennel before and we loved it! Even though I had to alt...

Made this for my husbands birthday. He loved it! It was delicious! I would agree that it does make a lot of frosting. Next time I will cut that portion by half and that would be plenty. "

This is the most amazing salad! Took it to a family large gathering and this salad was the only one that did not have leftovers. I did mix it up a little and used red and yellow cherry tomatoes for additional color. This is my new "go-to" salad recipe. I highly recommend trying this. You will not be disappointed!"
