My Activity

Reviewed Butternut Squash and Italian Sausage Soup

"This is absolutely fantastic. I've never even had a squash soup, but decided to give this a try on a cold weekend night. Followed the recipe exactly except I excluded the marjoram.

When I sat down in front of the TV with a bowl, I found myself saying out loud, "this is unbelievable." It was that good.

One of the better dishes I've had in the last 6 months. It was pretty much perfect in my opinion.

Reviewed Broiled Tilapia with Mustard-Chive Sauce

"I found myself smelling this sauce regularly while the fish was cooking. In the top 3 fish dishes I've ever had and by FAR the easiest. My dad NEVER gives a dish an A and he actually said, "wow" when he took his first bite. He eats like a chipmunk and he finished a 7 ounce filet.

As far as cooking times go, just check it regularly and pull it when it flakes....times will vary.

I also think this sauce might work with chicken. Will probably experiment.

Also, I used fat free greek yogurt (my dad bought it by accident) and it was still great.

I am a huge mustard and chive fan and added a bit more of both because I like the zip. Just taste and adjust accordingly. Couldn't be more flexible. This dish was as fun to eat as Giada is to look at. :)
