I used frozen pastry crust and used the pear filling. It was absolutely delicious. To top it off we used a dollop of marscapone cheese. Ellie makes the most simply delicious dishes. Thanks, Ellie. Keep 'em coming.""

It was easy to make. I did as david_mathes100 suggested and only added 4 cups of flour to mixture. Really sticky but quite good. I can't get brioche here so this is delightful I can make some."

Reviewed Chocolate Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast with Strawberry Syrup

Apr 2, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Anne promised this brunch recipe would be decadent. It was so delicious and outrageous. When I saw the episode, I had to try this french toast recipe. The strawberry sauce sends it over the top. I don't usually add corn syrup to my fruit sauces. From now on, I will. It really adds an extra layer of sweet to the mixture. I used a strainer to remove...

Reviewed Jalapeno Bottle Caps with Blue Cheese Dip

We left the seeds inside the jalapeno. And cut them as bottle cap size. Have to say the fry mix was soooo good. The Blue cheese dip is outstanding. I love blue cheese with anything. Had so much fry mix left over we are using for the mini corn dogs. This is a great Super Bowl Sunday appetizer.

The husband and I made these today for Super Bowl Sunday. What a treat! Crispy outside and gooey goodness inside. And after reading the other reviews, we'll try for lower heat next time. Unbelievably good. This is my second recipe of Claire's. Who knew!?!?!

I found this so on point. I can't even begin to describe how delicious it was. I didn't have the agave sauce so I substituted with sorghum molasses. Didn't have apples so I used pears. The sauce was so good, it could be used over vanilla ice cream. Did I say, it was delicious. We didn't want to just choose a few recipes for Thanksgiving. So we decided...

This is not the recipe she made on the show. On the show, it was not battered, just dredged in cornflour with seasoning. I think I will try the show version.

Reviewed Sauteed Bananas over Ice Cream with Oatmeal-Rum Cookie

Very good. Both my wife and I loved it, and it was very simple. I left out the cookies, and I was out of rum so I used Southern Comfort.
