"I made these cookies for chritmas presents and boy did everyone love them!
the chewy texture and spicy flavour is a brilliant combination that i will DEFINITLY try again!
I din't have any cardamom, crystalised ginger or cracked black pepper so I used cinnamon, all spice and fresh ginger instead and it was DELICIOUS!
they are definitly becoming a christmas tradition in our household.
