"Every time I make this for a gathering, it gets rave reviews. I've made it many time since it is simply the best mac n cheese. Sometimes I mix in sauted portabella mushrooms, crushed garlic, chopped green onion and top with a handful of crushed lightly salted onions(salad topper)which makes it extra special. "
