My Activity
Reviewed Pot Roast
"Quick, easy and tasty, I will definitely make again. I followed the recipe with no changes. I made gravy out of the liquid and roasted some potatoes in the oven. Super good comfort meal on a cold winter day. "
Reviewed Kale with Roasted Beets and Bacon
"Very good, I would recommend giving this a try! I cooked the kale on low for almost an hour to get it nice and tender, the way I like it. It has a nice flavor balance between the sweetness of the beets and the saltiness of the bacon. "
Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Potatoes
"Yummy! If you are looking for a different way to make your potatoes, this is it! If you experience burning as noted in some of the previous review, you may want to change the baking sheet, I experimented with 2 different kinds. My air back sheet did not burn but the thinner sheet pan did! "
Reviewed Salmon with Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze
"Yummy! I cooked mine in a cast iron skillet and added a bit of oil to start with, I think that may have contributed to the oiliness of the fish in the end. I will grill next time. Still it was moist and had a wonderful flavor, the family loved it! We will be making this again. "

Reviewed Oven Poached Salmon a la Paige with Dill, Vidalia Onion and Cucumber Relish
"Very refreshing and light! I grilled my salmon in tin foil with dill sprigs. The cucumber relish is what makes the dish. Very yummy! I could eat the relish all by itself! Putting dill on any fish is a nice alternative to lemon. "
