"You know. . .I LOVE Rachel Ray, and I tried many of her recipes. They just always fall short! 30 minutes is NOT enough time to develop flavor. I even have all the prep done in advance, and give things just a little more time, but they are always lacking, in my book. Sorry Rachel, I'll stick to Ina or Bobby or Ree

"if i could rate this less than one star, i would! The "burger" turned into a sloppy joe and i used lean ground pork. the taste was not good, and i ended up throwing it away. thank goodness it wasn't an expensive recipe. never watching marcela again!

"OMG!!! I doubled this recipe, but I used 1# sweet and 1#hot Italian sausage. Of course I had some stuffing left over. My guys, (hubby and adult son) were eating the leftovers by the spoonful! It was TERRIFIC. Everyone that tasted it LOVED it! "
