Reviewed Lime Cream Trifle
"We really like this recipe. Very refreshing. I had no problems with it thickening. I use a Blendtec blender on the ice cream setting. It comes out extra thick and creamy right out of the blender everytime! I think the folks who are having difficulty with it setting probably need to process the mixture longer and possibly at a higher speed."
