They are delicious. I made these twice last Thanksgiving season. I had a problem with the foil sticking to the edges and putting them in the freezer the next time did help get the foil off. I used dark molasses.

Easy and delicious. I left off the crackers and let the crumbled bacon be the topping. I added diced green chiles to it.

It has all the flavor of pecan pie but the bottom halves were gooey so I put them back into the oven for a few more minutes. Still a little gooey but the next day they held up better. I had reduced the amount of butter.

Liked it! I had fatty bacon so I poured off some of the fat, used black pepper and regular whipping cream.
