I do not agree with an earlier reviewer who said this is a 5:1 martini. By throwing out most of the vermouth, it is in fact much drier than that. A 7:1 martini is about right, and it's easy enough to make. 2.5 ounces of gin (and I think Hendrick's is best in a martini)is 15 teaspoons, so you need roughly 2 teaspoons of vermouth (a "lite" tables"
