Reviewed Chicken Burgers

"Delicious! Served with garlic mayo and roasted red peppers. Will make again and again and again! I didnt use any milk and only 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. The trick to making the patties is to wet your hands and they will shape nicely. Also, if u have time refridgerate to firm them up."

Reviewed Dragon's Breath Chili

"The best chili ever! We couldn't find the hot paprika or even the anaheim chilies but still amazing. Yeah, there's some chopping and can opening but still pretty easy, do what I did and get my husband in there to help. Can't wait to serve it to family and friends. Winner, winner..chili dinner!"

Reviewed Big Chocolate Birthday Cake

Reviewed Turkey and Artichoke Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce

"This dish was amazing and so filling. My husband is a huge eater so I gave him 5 shells and it was too much. Four is more than enough for a big eater. I had three and was stuffed but it was so delicious I had to keep eating. Would not change one thing!!"

Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

"I didn't watch the video either, which would have been helpful. I melted the butter, instead of creamed it to all the topping sank to the bottom. It was still tasty, very rich, but consistency of bread pudding which I'm not too fond of. Will make again with some minor tweaks...less liquid and cream butter.
