Excellent! I halved the recipe & used leftover smoked turkey breast. Tyler tends to use too many pots, pans and bowls, so I planned it out to use less. (Of course, he has people to clean up.) PS the leftovers are tasty, too!

I made these for a Christmas Party. There were none left in one hour. I also used tri-colored tortellini, Castelvetrano olives, and quartered artichoke hearts in the mix. I did not change the dressing at all. I also had chosen bocconcini mozzarella cheese from the olive bar at the grocery. Excellent, Ree!!!

So great! I had everything to make this, from my husband's homemade pancetta, to my canned homegrown tomatoes. Easy and luscious. You can probably add your garden vegies, like zucchini, but remember to never throw away the parm rind--freeze it forever for a dish like this."
