Reviewed Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

I love both zucchini and parmaesan, but these were "just ok" for me. Would rather have the zucchini raw with a little balsamic vinaigrette, or better, dipped in the vinaigrette & grilled. Wouldn't make this again.

Did not see the show this recipe aired on, so I prepared it according to these directions. It was FANTASTIC!!! Definitely going to be a frequent repeat on our menu. Had it as a side with pork tenderloin cooked in garlic, wine and chicken broth"

I can cook a steak on the grill, but stovetop/oven? not so much. So will start this review by saying this is by far the best steak I have made, EVER!!! Delicious flavor, super tender and juicy, great crust (i rested on the inverted saucer as suggested in Alton's video).
I'd read the reviews, so was prepared for some smoking. Self-cleaned...

Reviewed Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Discovered at the last minute that my bottled dressing was expired, so made this. Again, in a rush, so used garlic press on the garlic instead of chopping. DO NOT DO THIS!!! Horrifically over garlicky. Will try again with chopped as stated in the recipe. Only one star for my version."
