My Activity
Reviewed Oven Roasted Shrimp with Toasted Garlic and Red Chile Oil
"The dish looked so good in the video I had to try the recipe. Pleasantly surprised, the chili oil didn't make the dish hot but gave it a very nice flavor. Wow! shrimp, garlic, extra virgin olive oil,
chili oil and plenty of fresh french bread...delicious!"
Reviewed Limoncello
"My first attempt at making limoncello and it was great! I used Pinnacle 100 proof vodka, 10
very large lemons and the exact amount of sugar/water...it actually makes two bottles and I
didn't think it was too sweet. I had a cookout over the Memorial Day weekend and served
it as an after dinner drink over ice and everyone loved it. Thank you G"
Reviewed Smoky Kale Chips
"For a healthy alternative to other type of chips, these are great.
The leafy vegetable actually is very crisp and light in texture.
Thanks Ellie, I will make these again!"
Reviewed Guacamole
"Guacamole is one of my favorite snacks. I liked everything about
this recipe but did think 1/2 tsp of cayenne made it a little too
spicy for the size of the avocados I used. Next time I'll cut down
the cayenne to 1/4 tsp. "
Reviewed Cornmeal-Fried Onion Rings
"Delicious!...Extra crunchy...I used vidalia onions and they turned out fantastic."
Reviewed Grilled Pork with Arugula-and-Grape Salad
"I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious! A perfect
combination of ingredients. I subsituted a couple of garlice cloves and a small onion for the shallot. The pork was flavorful, juicy and
tender and the salad, grapes and blue cheese went so well together.
Very easy to make and fast. Will definitely make again."
Reviewed Orange Glazed Blueberry Scones
"Easy to make and delicious. I made these Sunday morning and had
them with my morning coffee. They were light in texture and full of fresh blueberries and the slightly tart orange glaze complimented the
sweet scone. Definitely a recipe I will use again. Thank you Tyler!"
Reviewed Cavatelli with Glazed Vegetables
"I actualy just wanted to try the cavatelli because they were made
from scratch. The recipe was easy to follow and I just made a blush
sauce and served them with the sauce and a little grated locatelli."
