"I made this for Christmas dinner. It was delicious. I used fresh Meyer's lemons and was careful not to get the white part of the rind, just the yellow. (Used a potato peeler, quick and easy.) Oregano can be too strong a flavor for me, so I used 1/2 the amount recommended. I also used a slightly sweet Riesling for the wine. This is a favorite"
