Okay, I never write on these things but this recipe was extraordinary. I made it for my Supper Club and we were having a Spanish theme. It was the best dish at my group of cooks. The duck was delicious, the filling had just the right spice in it and the pastry was flaky. Oh, and the gravy to put on the bottom of the plate while serving made this dish...
