Reviewed Cauliflower Soup and Garlic and Cheese Sourdough "Dippers"

Apr 6, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Great way to make a veggie and get it into your kids or picky husband! Delicious soup! (we did not like the dippers but I think it's because they cooled before everyone got to the table)

Wow! I just baked this dish this morning and it's amazing! My 3 year old said yuck, I'm not going to try it and then proceeded to devour his piece! I tried a piece after just 20min of cooling and then about 90min after cooling and it's definitely better after the longer cooling period (ie, it was really good after only 20min but then it was crazy...

Terrific! Came out too spicy for us the first time so when I made it again, I only put the pepperoncini juice in and not the actual peppers (plus we didn't like the cooked soggy peppers on the sandwiches) and saved those for putting on the sandwiches after so they were still crunchy.

Delicious! I made it as is but added some garlic to the meat and a little more parmesan to the noodles than it asked for. Crazy good. My 3 year old son had seconds and that's unheard of. (my husband and I did too!) I'm trying it with ground turkey next time to cut back on the fat content and maybe I'll try it with low- or no-fat sour cream. It...

This is fantastic. And you could easily make this with whatever ground meat you had on hand in a pinch. I just made it with 1/2 lamb, 1/2 beef as directed this first time though. I had to eliminate the 1 hour baking time at the end by eliminating the eggs in the bechamel sauce so I could just warm it in the oven for 10 minutes since I made it af"

I LOVE this coffee cake. My only change is that instead of pulling apart the clumps/rolls, I use a sharp bread knife to cut it so you can see the pretty pattern between the rolls and you have more of a bread slice shape to serve. I also just use either pecans or walnuts depending what we have in the house (and this AM had to use maple syrup inst"
