Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

Came out really well. I only used 3 bananas rather than 3.5 and substituted non-fat yogurt for the sour cream and then cooked about 1 hour. No problems with the center being raw or gooey. This method has worked out the several times I have made this.
